B2B Partner Portal — Next.js + Auth0 with product browsing, configurable exports (Shopify / CSV / JSON / XML), and role-based access control.
AI Chat Platform — internal chat at chat.time-4-action.com. Next.js, Vercel AI SDK, MongoDB token accounting reconciled against Anthropic billing.
MCP server — FastMCP over SSE exposing 15+ ERP tools for product, order, and warehouse lookups. Lets internal tools talk directly to Claude.
Product sync pipeline — live ERP enrichment with AI-powered categorization via Google Gemini. Keeps product data clean without manual overhead.
RAG pipeline — parent-child chunking, hybrid BM25 + dense vector search on ChromaDB, cross-encoder reranker.
AI email agent — n8n workflow with RAG knowledge base and multi-tool agent orchestration for automated customer support email handling.
